Es wird aus Weißweinessig und Traubenmostkonzentrat hergestellt und bei niedriger Temperatur eingedickt und behält so seine helle Farbe. Der Säureanteil liegt bei 5% und ist besonders mild, würzig und aromatisch.
Aufgrund der Zugabe von hochwertigen Safranfäden zeichnet sich unser helles Balsamico besonders aus durch seine goldene Farbe. Das leicht herb süßliche Aroma des Safrans in Kombination mit der fruchtigen, leicht säuerlichen Note des hellen Balsamico ist ideal geeignet, um viele Speisen mit feiner Säure abzurunden.
Bereits ein paar Tropfen des Safran-Balsamicos genügen für eine unglaubliche Geschmacksfülle und bringen edles orientalisches Aroma mit italienischem Pfiff zusammen.
Verwendung:
Unser Safran-Balsamico ist besonders passend zum Verfeinern von Dressings und Abschmecken von Saucen. Zudem harmoniert es hervorragend mit Fischgerichten, hellem Fleisch, gebratenem oder gedämpftem Gemüse. Saffron Balsamico (light) with saffron threads is a natural product and has a thick, velvety consistency. It is produced from white wine vinegar and grape must concentrate and thickened at low temperature, thus retaining its light color. The acidity is 5% and it is particularly mild, spicy and aromatic.
Due to the addition of high quality saffron threads, our light saffron balsamico is particularly distinguished by its golden color.
