The lower left side’s perforations have been cut off.

There are thin places on the back. However, the stamp is still without rips or tears through the stamp itself.

It has a 2018 Scott Catalogue value of $17.50. Due to the above, it has been priced accordingly.

This would make a great place holder, or a simple addition to a larger US collection.
