I have had chronic knee pain for more than 10 years. Once I found out about the Ultramat knee pads I got one and used it every day. Within a couple of weeks I noticed that the pain had subsided considerably. When soreness appears it is considerably less and I use the knee pad regularly again and the pain contracts.

I strained my right knee and had tendonitis for several weeks. I sought treatment through physiotherapist to strengthen my knee.
