This is a smart plug that will work with your millivolt gas fireplace. It allows you to turn your gas fireplace off and on with Alexa or Siri. It also gives you the ability to still use your existing switch on the wall.

This is better than other system out there. Most other smart devices for fireplaces WON'T allow to continue using the wall switch. This solution allows you to keep using your fireplace with the wall switch or your voice.

Installation is simple, just unplug the spade connectors below the fireplace, and plug in your new smart switch! Installation video is included with the instructions.

Features:

• Auto off timer - Default is 2 hours, but can be set to whatever you want

• True 3-way switch - If you turn it on from the wall switch, you can turn it off with Alexa or Siri and vice versa

• Nothing else to buy…no other smart plug or cables needed

Requires:

• Wifi – needs a 2.4Ghz wifi network. Will not work with 5Ghz network. Most routers have 2.4Ghz

• An actual Echo Alexa smart speaker is needed (Echo, Dot, Tap, Look Show Spot, Plus, Flex) not just the phone app. Alexa that is built into Sonos speakers or other items won’t work either. After Alexa finds your fireplace, it can be controlled with phone app or Sonos speakers.

• This is a DIY kit. It comes mostly assembled, but changing or crimping of spade connectors might be required.

• It runs on Tasmota open source software on a Sonoff SV device

• Using Siri requires Homebridge or setting up a Siri Shortcut on your iPhone/iPad. Easy to do, I have a video in the instructions showing the steps
