Our estimated Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen. I'll combine shipping, charge $0.30 for each additional items from the same buyer.

For Custom and gold jewelry settings, they take longer hanlding time, from 5 to 30 days depending on the project. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can message us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
