LEGO MOC Polar Express Christmas Train Motorized & Working w/ Instructions!

From a nonsmokers home in excellent condition!  Has a color laser printout of the custom instructions I made for this set!  Tested in working condition!

Will be shipped put together as it is a fairly intricate build.  The battery box looks like new and the controller is opened from a new package from testing it!
