Power Technology Inc, IQ series 90mW 405nm TEC stabilized diode laser IQ1A350

This listing is for a used Power Technology 405nm 350mW Diode Laser System Model IQ1A350, salvaged from a decommissioned optical system with plans for a new project but now surplus to requirements.  

This fan cooled and TEC stabilized diode system operates with 5-14VDC power input (not supplied) with a 0-1VDC control input (not supplied) to vary power output from 0-100% (non linear control).  

The unit has some fan noise which has not been addressed or rectified, and will be sold as is however cooler and fan are working and laser output has been measured and is stable at 340mW (see pics for reference) 

• Powered 5-14VDC input across pins 1/2 to 15/16
• Control 0-1VDC input across pins 13 to 14
• Laser Diode Current monitored from pin 7 (1mV equivalent to 1mA)
• Laser Diode Temperature monitored across pins 9 to 14 (voltage output and lookup chart) 
• Supplied AS IS, without power supply, without control supply AND without wiring harness
• Harness can easily be made using pinouts from Operator Manual, copy will be supplied by email to buyer at time of sale
