This laptop does turn on to BIOS screen and runs a live OS well (see pictures)  ...

 It is in good physical condition with very few signs of wear or little damage with the exception of a broken base cover, due to hinge damage ... (There is some light scuffing on the lid and the hinge damage may have cause some cracking elsewhere  in the base  plastic)

This results in the laptop 'pulling itself apart' when the screen is opened.
We have not tried to fix this, just removed the SSD
The battery does hold charge, though has not been fully tested
Full HD screen in good condition.
includes 1x 8GB RAM module.
Keyboard and touchpad in good condition.
No signs of drops or dents.

Has backlit keyboard

No SSD or power adpater supplied.  

A great source of quality spares or a repair job for a sufficiently skilled technician
