1994 Marvel Flair '94 Power Blast Cable Insert Card #1

Flair cards from this era have wax issues that gives a cloudy look in some places from the heavy wax used. Cards are sold as near mint. Any clouding does not drop the grade below near mint. Assume the card has clouding even if you cannot see it in the pictures.
