We dispatch next working day of cleared payment. We use Royal Mail and Hermes as our shipping partner and UK typical delivery takes 2-4 working days. We offer free signed and/or tracked on UK deliveries and reduced international tracked shipping. Postage discounts automatically applies for multiple item i.e 2^nd, 3^rd or more, if not please request for invoice.

Returns as stated, accepted for all stated listings and according to our T & C and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect. NOT all items are returnable for various safety reasons. Goods can only be return within returns policy, i.e. we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Goods MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items), any seals on the product remain unbroken and for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used. We recommend you return goods via tracked/signed postal service, as you will be responsible for item’s lost or damaged in post/transit. Once the item is received in satisfactory condition we will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus the any costs. Change of mind post and return postal charges are non refundable.
Sorry NO RETURNS/REFUND on lingerie, hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats & Jewellery for Safety & Hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
