Pinion and idler gear that act in tape transport in Grundig MCF 100 and MCF 200 cassette players. Material used for original gears become fragile during time and gears often crack. Tape is not transported then.

Replacement gears are made using thermoplastic polyuretane (high precision 3D print) that is slightly flexible as the original material and durable.

Compatible devices: Grundig MCF 100, MCF200, CF 5000, CF 5000-2, CF 5100.
It might work also with other Grundig cassette players – just check your service manual.

The gears were tested for smooth operation.
