I know there are many "Tsai" guitars made in Vietnam in factory conditions and they are great buys for the money but they aren't remotely comparable to this one off gem that has it all.
The guitar is made to the same specs as a PreWar D-45 in terms of body construction. Forward scalloped bracing. Spectacular old growth BZ rosewood back and sides, and master grade spruce top.
The maple neck off sets a jet ebony board and bridge. It has small 1930s style maple bridge plate. 1 3/4" nut width. The top and back binding is green pearl style 45. Please use eBay 'Contact' for more photos and sound check info.
Super defined art with hand inlaid colored pearl shell and abalone. The tuners feature carved rose agate. Guitar sounds as beautiful as it looks and is very light weight.
