Payment

UK Customers - PayPal and Postal Order only. International Customers - PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with Ebay to recover the closing fees of the auction

Items are normally shipped within 2 working days of cleared payment (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays). Unless otherwise stated the postage rates on our listings are normally for UK 1st Class recorded, Interlink, Hermes and International Sign for service. Our shipping charges are made up of three components - the postage cost, the packing materials and a handling fee. As a full-time business, we don't aim to make a profit or a loss from P&P, just on average to cover our costs. If you are looking for someone who charges you just for the price of the stamp, we may not be the seller for you. Please contact us if you have any queries over your P&P charge.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received. PayPal payments goods and uncrossed Postal Orders goods are dispatched within 48 hours (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays). We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible. However, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase, we do offer exchange and refund service for any item with fault or unsatisfied. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original state that it was shipped to you, IE, not washed not smelling of smoke, no spills of any kind on it etc. The tags must be intact and no alterations made what so ever. P&P is not refundable and you will be responsible for the postage and packaging on return. Please use recorded delivery service to send item back and keep receipt to check status, as we will not be held responsible if your item goes AWOL in the post. Refund or exchange services are not available for any dresses made by buyer's own size, design or colours. £1 restocking fee is required on any exchange items; £3 for buyers from outside the UK. If more than 1 item needs to be exchanged, an extra £4 per item is required
