These wonderful Cream seeded hearts are hand cut and contain British wildflower seeds withing the fibers of the card so can be planted.

They come in packs of 100 plantable hearts.

Each heart measures approx 60mm x 50mm and are cut from a sturdy 280gsm cream card so are even big enough and strong enough for gift tags should you wish.

Card is Eco friendly and naturally biodegrades and leaves behind beautiful wild flowers and grasses.

These can easily be written on also.

The best results we have found here at Monkey HQ for planting is to soak the card for a few hours before planting into a pot of compost and keep warm and moist.
