The base is an all wood stained semi dark color with two black plastic pen holders with jointed metal in the bases. A business card holder. The item is in good condition. The original black pen, one of two will not write. The other is not original to the piece but does write. Anyone can replace something to their liking. The man has darnished dark spot on sombrero's edge. Dirty in crevices. Pen holder has tarnished metal. Normal scratches on the pen plastic due to age/use. The wood has light nicks. Dark spot near man and dirt in crevices. Card holder has some nicks and age related dirt in crevices. Bottom has light brown sticky felt with some age wear.
