Description:

Servo web guide  Controller EPC-A12 adopts the high-speed 32-bit CPU drive DC servo driver and no-overshot integral variable PI adjustable algorithm. It is of high deviation rectification and fast reaction. In addition, it supports three operation modes: the edge-following, line-following and centre-alignment mode.

US-400s Ultrasonic sensor

The US-400S is made of high-grade aerospace aluminum casing, which is sturdy and beautiful, and can better enhance the appearance of the equipment;
200K imported ultrasonic radiation sensor, 1ms reaction time, with offset display.
Fully enclosed ultrasonic probe for use in a variety of harsh environments;
Suitable for opaque, transparent, ultra-transparent film edge-trimming applications, no manual adjustment and calibration, detection range of 5mm, detection accuracy of 0.05mm.
Blind area operation method:
 
1: Press and hold the “SET” button for 7 seconds until the middle blue light flashes (the blind zone is 0.5 mm in this state)
 
2: Short press the “SET” button once, the two yellow lights flash (the blind zone is 1.0 mm in this state)
 
3: Short press the “SET” button once, two red lights flash (the dead zone is 2.0 mm in this state)
 
 
 
4: After selecting the required working status, press and hold the “SET” button for 6 seconds to save.
 
Product power supply range DC12-24V, the output signal is a 0-5V analog signal, two NPN switch signals (one way normally open, one way normally closed, the blind zone range is adjustable), can detect any transparent material, ultra-transparent material, detection High precision, no need to adjust sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, easy to use, etc., can replace the ordinary photoelectric correction sensor.
