Amazing item.  Rare Coloured picture of the great irish hero Michael collins.  Collins in portabello.image is embossed  onlike a glossy card and matted to a mount finish of with a metal name plate with collins date of birth and death. Large ornate nate black frame really sets this off in stiking format. Great collectors item.
