Buyer acknowledges that by accepting these Terms & Conditions you are entering a legally binding agreement and opting in to receive emails and notifications about this sale on Baterbys' Ebay Site that such actions constitute acceptance of the following terms:
Methods of Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are listed in item detail. We require bank wire transfers for all invoices over $10,000.
Payment Due: Complete payment is due immediately. No artwork/item will be shipped until payment has been received and cleared by Baterbys. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges, unless specified otherwise, will be borne by the Buyer.
Shipment: Buyer pays for shipping (unless specified as free or included).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BATERBYS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT. IN THE CASE OF A TECHNOLOGY FAILURE, BATERBYS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ITEMS IN QUESTION AND APPLY FOR A MUTUAL BACKOUT FOR BOTH BIDDER AND SELLER.
