Car has never been removed from the base or played with.

This car DOES have a very small pea size rub/tarnish circle on the back bumper. Other than that
the car does need a good dusting and polishing it's a bit dingy.  
 
The exterior of the box does show signs of usual wear from storage ie. dinged corners, rubbed edges etc. This only effects the box.

There are no spots on the car.  If you see something that looks strange, it's more than likely camera glare.
