Twin Shotgun cable clips are used with the Sky Twin satellite cables such as WF65 or CT63 and it fits  2 x 4/5 mm satellite cables.

Also suitable to run 2 x Cat5/6 cables or 2 x telephone/alarm cables in parallel. Fix to a surface, such as a wall, floor, skirting board, or ceiling. They are designed for internal or external uses.
