Purchasing a premium Snap-On / Hofmann GS Metal Demount Head will provide increased longevity over poor quality low cost “pattern cast” copy product. Premium products get manufactured using higher quality compounds and materials. It will also provide a greater degree of positioning and finer adjustment control.
The demount or tyre fitting head is the principal tyre changer component for the efficient removal of tyres. The demount head endures the highest pressure loads of a tyre machine during tyre removal and fitting processes. The central fulcrum point for the tyre lever when lifting the tyre bead up to remove the tyre from the wheel rim. And the primary guiding edge when fitting a tyre back onto a wheel.
Improper positioning of the demount fitting head, physical damage such as gouges or bent and miss-shapen guide edges will cause rim damage.

All Items must be returned in an unused condition, Postage cost for the returned items purchased by mistake are at the customer’s expense.
