Legal notice for the acceptance of original spare parts 

1. The buyer is informed that the desired goods are ordered expressly for the customer from the manufacturer, since the original spare parts are purely specialist goods. This article is not a stock item.

2. Furthermore, we would like to point out that motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by specialist workshops. In the event of a return or complaint, the buyer must provide a professional installation certificate from a specialist workshop.

3. Own installed or attached items are excluded from the exchange, or it will be determined a reduction in value.

4. If the goods are damaged or defective, the full sales price will be refunded or the goods replaced.

5. The delivery time is between 8 and 10 working days after receipt of payment.

6. In a few cases, the delivery time may be longer.
