You send me (at your cost) your non functioning flashlight, I will install new batteries and the bulb of your choice. I will also provide a 6 month warranty should it stop working within that time. No one has yet to return one to me.
If the flashlight is beyond repair, I will return it to you and refund your payment, but this has never happened. I have yet to see one I can't fix. I have repaired a LOT of these flashlights.
I will send pictures of the inside, before and after. Everything is cleaned, charged and tested before I return to you.
I will pay for first class mail with tracking back to you in the US. We will have to negotiate costs to do this internationally.
Turnaround time should be just a few days.
