You will need to purchase a petticoat to be worn underneath of you want the “poofy” look. I recommend looking on Amazon for a black or red petticoat.

The skirt was made using a model who is 5’7” and wears a US size 10 in pants, skirts, etc. Exact measurements are as follows: hips 40”, natural waist 30”, waist to mid calf 27”. The material is a soft polyester. Hand wash or wash on cold delicate cycle only. Hang or dry flat. Low iron if needed.

My inspiration was Harley Quinn from Batman the Animated Series (90’s animated show). This is perfect for a 1950’s Rockabilly type cosplay.
