Payment Policy

• We expect payment within 72 hours after purchase or the transaction will be cancelled and the product will be relisted for sale. If for some reason, you can’t complete the payment on time please inform us to avoid this happening as our customers are of best interest to us.

Shipping Policy

• We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. All items will be shipped by Australia Post via Regular or express post (be sure to check individual item postage details). Generally it takes 2 to 7 working days to reach; it may takes up to 12 days for remote areas.
  
• Local Pickups:
  Local pickups are not available unless mentioned in listing or agreed on before purchase. Handling charges still apply.
• Shipping Address:
  We ship to your eBay address by default. Please contact us at check out for address revise. We are not responsible for any wrong address. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. (Please choose Registered Post if you want to cover insurance.) Certain remote post codes may incur extra fees. Please enquire. 
• International Buyers:
  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns Policy

• Deals365 will accept returns for faulty items or items not as described. Returns must be completed within 7 days and all items must be unopened and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items.
  
• If you wish to return a fully-functional item due to change of mind, your money will be returned minus a 15% handling fee and original postage cost.
