Unfortunately I have not had much 'joy' with this bike so use is minimal. I managed ,with the help of a friend, to put the bike together. Having said that, may I suggest that when you come to collect the bikethat you bring along a healthy person to help you lift it into your vehicle, as it is quite a heavy bike. I am
unable to help you with the lifting as I am the one with the bad back!!
You have a Manual to accompany the bike which gives you all the info you require to get going!
