Yiotis Greek Creme Caramel/Flan, Very Easy To Make, A Classic, Regular & Light

A fast and easy dessert that everyone will enjoy! Both variations come with ready to use caramel.


* Regular - 3 x 112 g (3.95 oz)


* Light - No sugar, low fat, low glycemic index, 3 x 114 g (4.02 oz)


Product Directions:

  • Empty the caramel topping sachet into 4 small molds
  • Bring 500ml (2 1/2 cups) of fresh whole milk to almost boiling in a medium saucepan 
  • Stir in the cream caramel mix and cook gently for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly (do not expect cream to set at this stage)
  • Pour the cream into forms, slowly. Leave to cool
  • Refrigerate until firm (up to 2 hours)
