This is the Dark Detective Batman as depicted in the recent Future State event at DC Comics.  After a tyrannical group has taken over Gotham City and exposed his identity, Bruce Wayne is declared dead and this new "Batman" operates at street level to save Gotham.  Includes a base, trading card and a bat-hook and line.
