Nonostante le precauzioni l'oggetto potrebbe subire dei danni durante il trasporto, per questo ciascuna spedizione sarà assicurata per il valore dell'oggetto. Al ricevimento della merce è importante non accettare la spedizione senza aver prima verificato l'integrità del suo contenuto, in caso contrario non sarà possibile alcun rimborso.

Accettiamo la restituzione dell'oggetto soltanto se completamente integro, così come descritto nell'annuncio. In caso di restituzione le spese sono a carico dell'acquirente e dovranno prevedere le stesse condizioni della nostra spedizione.

Per oggetti molto ingombranti, e di grande valore (es. servizio di piatti o bicchieri) consigliamo il ritiro a Roma, per il quale siamo disponibili ad organizzarci per un appuntamento in diversi punti della città.
