Protection

All KRONOX Products are covered for a One (1) year period from the date of purchase. The warranty covers factory defects and/or product direct failures. Items returned to KRONOX for Warranty Consideration must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt and/or Order Identification and when possible, the item should be cleaned before returning unless this would further compromise the product conditions. After returned, KRONOX will proceed with one of these three options: 

1. Repair and re-send the item
2. Send a Replacement Item
3. In case the product is out of stock, and reparation isn’t possible, KRONOX will provide full reimbursement.
