This jacket is a discontinued garment, an unique and unrepeatable product, created and embroidered by hand. 

There is no other like or similar, it is not available in other colors or sizes.

This cotton garment in shades of purple-plum is hand painted with a worn effect embellished with glitter.

The Marilyn jacket is in cotton, jeans, light denim, worn effect with raw cuts, then with frayed edges, bohemian style. 

The fabric is hand-painted in neon yellow, street art, pop art, graffiti and writers style, and decorated with six black and white patchwork prints by Marilyn Monroe. 

Five handmade buttons created in resin as small sculptures and painted with fluorescent colors, makes it even more special and precious.

It is a tribute both to the movie star that marked an era and an indirect call to the great genius of Andy Warhol.

DETAILS:

• embroidery: handmade,
• decoration material: black hand-sewn sequins, 6 patchworks printed with black and white drawing of about 13 x 13 cm (5,1 x 5.1 inches), buttons-small sculptures modeled and painted by hand;
• pockets: two painted in fluorescent yellow;
• closure: four buttons-mini-sculptures;
• collar: shirt neckline.

ITALIAN HAND MADE:

The execution of this garment required about 70 hours of work.

In particular, the fabric has been painted with fluorescent colors,  enhancing some highlights of the jacket (edges, pockets, contours and parts of the patchwork).

Marilyn’s prints have been sewn by hand and decorated with black sequins marking their outline.

The buttons are small sculptures shaped in polymer clay created by designer Amira Munteanu Bergmann.

Having been made and colored by hand there is no one equal to the other and they do not have a perfect shape. 

The entire process was carried out by hand and the garment is 100% made in Italy.

WASHING:

• Dry with non-corrosive detergent vapors and solvents, without alcohol or bleach (at home).
• Washing in professional laundry.
