This tile is brand new and boxed - we are selling it as a slight second as the paint doesn't seem to be as vibrant as it should be and there is some crazing (fine lines naturally created during manufacturing) mainly across the sky.  The issues can be seen in the photos and do not detract from the overall look and use of this piece.  It is being sold as less than the original price to reflect the minor imperfections.


Description

A lovely tile of a beautiful robin sitting on top of a boot in snow, surrounded by holly with berries, snowdrops and foliage.

This piece measures 20 cm wide x 30 cm high approximately (8" wide x 12" high approximately) and is felt backed.

It has a hook for wall hanging and a stand if you would prefer to display this as an ornament.

Each piece is hand-crafted by specially trained artists. The pieces are painted by hand and fired at 1,000 degrees Celsius for 22 hours.

Supplied in a genuine Benaya Box - making this tile easy to wrap and give as a gift.

Payment

We accept PayPal as the means of payment. Orders will include an invoice – if you would prefer us to remove the invoice just email us or pop a message onto your order and we will be more than happy to remove it. 

Shipping

We despatch all orders as soon as humanly possible – usually on the same working day and certainly within one working day of your payment being authorised.  Smaller items are sent via the Royal Mail and larger bulkier items will be sent with a courier usually FedEx.  Most of our stock is available for worldwide purchase through the eBay Global Shipping Programme where orders are shipped by us to an eBay shipping centre in the UK, for onward despatch, by them to customers.

You can track your order by clicking the "View order details" link on the product that you're receiving. If you have a problem tracking your order or have not received your item, please contact us and we will reply to your query as soon as we can.

Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order but we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items - simply contact us if you have changed your mind and we will explore the best way of returning the item(s) to us.  In the rare event that a parcel arrives and is damaged or faulty you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
