Features of this product:

. Use of SUS 304 1.2T material - No rust and no deformation. Doesn't stick to magnets.

. Precise processing by laser - Processed to the same standard as the original, and precisely bent.

. Super Mirror Polishing – The surface of the SUS is specially polished (twice) to give it a very mirror-clean and glossy finish. No scratches at all.

. Plating - After several steps in the plating shop, the final chrome plating was applied. The result of this operation is that the SUS 304 surface is not stained and is not easily scratched. All bent parts are also chrome plated, so the entire surface of the product is clear and clean like glass. Even in harsh environments (moisture and outdoor storage), the gloss and color do not change even after many years of use. It will never rust.

. Printing - Using specially developed ink, it was printed in the same font as the original, and then specially processed. As a result, even in harsh environments (moisture, etc.), the text does not erase, change color, or be damaged (some marked parts may differ depending on the production date for each product).

. Manufactured - Made very strictly in 6 specialized factories in each field.

. Specially manufactured parts - We provide rivets and screws, RIVET/SCREW (rivet-shaped screw developed by us) and nuts with the same standard (design) as the original. These parts are also chrome plated. These components match perfectly with the chrome plated chassis. Drivers for these parts are also provided free of charge (however, tools to fix the rivet are not provided).

. Specially manufactured screws - Please refer to the picture. We created it specifically to assist users in their work and to replace RIVET. The height of the screw head is very low. Also, the part that uses a slotted driver is very narrow. It is lower than the bottom of the tube socket when secured to the chassis. Therefore, the vacuum tube can be fixed more completely (strongly).

Note: When cleaning the chassis, first brush the dust off with a very soft brush. After that, wet the cloth we provide free of charge and wipe dry with water. Do not use alcohol or chemicals whenever possible.

We have very strictly controlled every production process for the production of this product. We do not sell defective products that are generated in any work process. Therefore, the products sold are free from defective products. However, please be advised that there may be very small imperfections (eg dirt, scratches, nicks and marks from the bending process, etc.). Also, there may be some stains on the inside of the product. This is a mark that a ring was caught during plating or a stain that occurs when an electric current flows through the product. These have no effect on the product (this area can also be cleaned with a very fine compound, but we do not recommend doing this).

This product is not cheap. There are many differences from the products sold before. Perfect!
