This is a Jason Spezza Autographed 2001 Official NHL Draft Puck.  Jason was selected 2nd Overall by the Ottawa Senators in the 2001 NHL Draft.

He signed a nice autograph in permanent BRIGHT BOLD permanent paint pen.  

This has been in storage since it was autographed and has not been displayed or exposed to artificial or natural light...it is very nice...bright bold paint pen!
