This is a very cute 1959 American Bisque "Magic Bunny" Cookie Jar marked USA.  The Rabbit in a Magic Hat measures 12 1/4" tall, 8 1/4" in width and 7 1/2" in depth.  Some of the glaze appears to have been rubbed off on the top of the cookie jar and there is crazing on the bottom portion of the jar.  There are no cracks or chips.  The head is in perfect condition with little crazing and no chips or cracks.  This jar is usually found with a grey bunny's head.  This one has a brown head and yellow bottom. Overall, the jar is in pretty good condition considering its year and was used.
