Twin Air - the choice of champions for decades

It all started at Twin Air over 40 years ago...

When the sandy, gravelly soil in the Netherlands - and the resulting engine damage - proved that pure foam and paper air filters brought air throughput to off-road bikes, but failed to provide good filtration. The breakthrough for Twin Air then came with the specially developed multi-layer filter elements which are largely copied by other manufacturers to this day. The melted layers of open-pored outer and increasingly fine inner foam layers catch even the smallest dirt particles.

The constantly evolving air filterDesign also increases the "Air Flow" (air throughput) and thus ensures maximum available performance on the vehicle. To optimize this even further, Twin Air even revolutionized the seams of an air filter with a new micro-adhesive process: Shorter seams = more foam = better filtering and more air flow for even more power!

The market leader develops in direct Cooperation with factory teams from the:

  • MXGP World Championship
  • USA AMA Super and Motocross Championship
  • Rally Dakar

and many other professional racing teams worldwide, one of the best air filters for maximum filtration and best engine performance.

For over 40 years, champions and world champions around the world have relied on the unmatched performance and best protection that Twin Air offers

Here is just a small excerpt of the legends that Twin Air still trust today:
