This is a beautiful, antique Victorian doll baby,  or large doll bonnet, lace  and fabric voile. Hand done  suitable perfectly ,for large  Dolls   and  Teddy Bear also.   Measurements  front part face /side to side /about 18" and depth is 6. 5" and ties 15" long ,one tie is mended, see  last picture please.   Great antique condition no issues.
