International shipping by Ukrposhta (Registered Air Mail) usually takes about 7-14 business days to most countries. but in some cases, delays may cause the delivery time to be up to 24 days or more. Due to the armed aggression of Russia in Ukraine, there may be slight delays in the delivery of the goods.. In any case, we ship by air mail with a tracking number. we will do our best to track the airmail delayed more than 30 days.
We recommend all our customers to open the goods and inspect them carefully before accepting the delivery. Some wear is visible on the packaging - this is normal, discard the product only if the product itself is damaged. As soon as the item is rejected, please email us so that we can take action and understand the situation as soon as possible.
