Up for sale is a very nice Department 56 Christmas item. Please see all pictures to judge the condition of this item. This is being sold AS IS and is exactly what is shown in the photos. I am not an expert in these, I will do my best to describe any type of chips of cracks if they exist but as for small things like a missing tree or sign they may be missed so please look carefully at all the provided photos. If there is a chip or Crack that I see off hand I will include that at the top of this description OR there will be a closeup picture of it.

Shipping & handling within the US will not be automatically combined. Please pay the full price for shipping. There are so many sizes that I can only possibly refund shipping if I can fit multiple items in the same box and shipping & handling is cheaper than what you pay. It will be on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a shipping refund nor should anyone expect it but if I can save you some money I will absolutely refund you.
