Love an antique collarband shirt style, but want more color and wearability? Here you go!

Ok, so this funny little top was purchased at a church sale, where there were many clothes mainly from 1980's-1990's (some more modern pieces) -which is why I equate the age as circa 1980's. Now, this shirt looks to me -the professional clothing whisperer- like a costume piece, possibly from a church play or performance? Not sure, just guessing here. Anyway, it has all the styling of an antique collarband shirt, but simplified down. It is made of a textured (cloque) cotton muslin-like fabric, with a medium weight hand. The neckline is collarband, with three plastic button, front neck closure. Full length sleeves gather into tight button-closure cuffs and there is one patch pocket at left chest. Side seams are amply vented or split. Now, the reason I dyed this shirt is because it did have a yellow stain, which I was unable to remove, so I have dyed it yellow (my favorite hue of yellow!) using professional dyes and a color fixer post-dye. Overall condition is excellent, although there is slight variation is color hue throughout (an almost-unavoidable consequence of dyeing used clothing) and two repaired holes at back -please see photographs for full details. No labels or makers marks.
