The lens has been cleaned and checked for imperfections. The focus/f-stop Rings on the lens all accurately/smoothly click and turn We found there to be no haze, no fungus, minimal to no dust and couple Tiny hair line scratch on front of glass. Purchase includes Naigon MC 1:4.0-5.6 28-200mm Ø72mm Auto Zoom Canon FD Mount as shown only. The lens does have some cosmetic scuffs and other signs of use. No other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.
