You are bidding on an Megger FREJA 300 Protective Relay Testing & Simulation System. It will arrive with a fresh calibration with test data performed by Megger. It will also include all the Multi Cable, Test Lead Sets, Softcase and other accessories shown in the pictures below. The FREJA 300 relay testing system is a computer-aided relay testing and simulation system. The weight of FREJA 300 is only 33 lbs. The rugged hardware design is built for field use over a wide temperature range, with the possibilities of intelligent software to perform rapid testing.
The very accurate (typically 0.01%) low level analogue inputs are designed for transducer measurements. The high level inputs can be used as a normal volt- and ammeter. FREJA 300 can generate 4x150 V (82 VA) and 3x15 A (87VA) or 1x45 A (250 VA). Each output can be varied independently. Both static and dynamic testing can be performed, such as prefault and fault generation, simultaneous ramping of several quantities and wave form editing.FREJA 300 can be also be used as a fault simulator to ensure proper relay configuration for specific applications. This is possible by importing and re-generating transient disturbance files often referred to as COMTRADE files. These files may include calculated digital records created by power network simulator software's such as EMTP, RTDS or data records from actual fault events. With use of the GPS receiver accessory, GPS200 – MGTR, several FREJA 300 can be synchronized to perform end-to-end testing with the test sets allocated in different substations.

Shipping
All instruments are professionally packed and shipped via UPS GROUND with full insurance. We typically ship within the continental US only (please no PO Boxes) unless other arrangements have been made with the buyer. International customers may provide their UPS, DHL or FedEx account for international shipments. Items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment.
Terms
All items sold on Ebay come with a standard 30 day right of return warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified in the auction details. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Buyers are required to notify us immediately if an instrument arrives damaged, and must keep all boxes and packing materials in case a UPS damage inspection is necessary. An extended warranty of 30 days is available for all direct purchases from Spaulding Surplus, LLC and established customers purchasing directly may qualify for net 30 payment terms with PO required prior to shipment.
Returns
All Ebay items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase should they not function as intended, unless they are being sold AS IS with known defects. Spaulding Surplus, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from buyer/operator negligence, or the improper use of its equipment, nor does it warrant their suitability for any specific application or project. The verification of product capability is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PO's and purchases cancelled due to insufficient instrument capability, buyer's remorse or loss of order are always subject to a 20% restocking fee. A complete evaluation is required for any instrument returned under warranty, and refunds are not issued until said evaluation has been completed by an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab.
