We deliver our products to mainland UK addresses for free and to abroad destinations for additional charge.

Most of our products is sent by 2 class Royal Mail postage service for free but we are able to to upgarde the postage to 1 class.

If the parcel is heavier than 2kg we offer courier postage (DPD, UKMail,Parcelforce)

There may be additional charge for posting to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. This is because mentioned areas are outside UK Mainland zone and courier rates are higher.

Refunds are available for returned items. Returned product have to be sent to our warehouse address with shipping letter including your contact details, ebay user id and reason of return

We don't accept return for opened or used products. Products have to be returned in original condition with all included accessories and with original packaging
