Please, after order send us your pen colours you wish your text or logo with some instructions chose font from our list or send the name of yours, chose our motive from photo or send yours.

Our designer will prepare free design for your accept before we ship your order for your complete satisfaction.

If you can chose colours via email you can mix colours as you wish f.e by order 50 pens ( 10 blue, 20 pink, 20 black ) all should only have the same personalisation.

If you would like to have separate names on each pen please contact us we give you new price.

If you need black ink, please let us know we can change it for extra costs.

How we works:

1. Place the order, quantity, colours, personalisation ( text, font if you have one you like, logo ) all send us via e-mail

2. After that, our designer will prepare some visualisation for you

3. Then we wait for your changes or accept

4. We start engraving

5. We need to have 3-5 working days for engraving and shipping

6. Delivery takes 2-14 days depending country. All our shipments are tracking and we works with DHL and UPS
