A New with Tags white floral lace flared Alice in Wonderland skirt by Topshop. It features a flared design with a white underlining that is lower than the lace top layer. There is a small brocade waistband and a reverse zip closing. It has a fairytale dreamlike look and is a timeless classic in design.

The label states Size 14 and the exact measurements when laid flat are: Waistline 42cm's and the overall length measures 66cm's.
