 Any items with an operating system may have not have all the drivers installed, buyer may need to install few drivers via internet if any missing.

All our machines with an operating system are ready to plug n play to use internet.

All our items are security marked; warranty will be VOID in the event of security marks removed.

All warranties are subject to Return to base Warranty, postage to be paid by buyer.

Return Policy

Should you have any problem, Please contact us directly through eBay within 14 days once you have received the item. If item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means ?You the Customer? are responsible for sending the item back to us where product should be insured and should have courier tracking number. Items received damaged or with missing part ?Buyer is Responsible? for all the damage cost. If we take an item that is un-wanted, ordered my mistake, the customer will pay all postage costs.

We do not accept returns on items sold as spares and repairs.
