This vehicle is from a recently discovered batch of factory heels and culls. Tossed aside during manufacturing within the Chinese Micro Machine factories during the 1990’s. .

Heels were the excess vehicles which were produced but not always required to complete the final packaging, extra vehicles were always made to fulfil orders and the extras were dumped in the reject bins along with factory culls which didn’t meet the manufacturing standards
