Complete, as brand new. Used maybe once or does't used at all, in short: items more like tested, than used. I have bought those glasses to have a kit with the 2013 3D TV, but glasses just sit in a drawer since 2013, and I just recharging every half year or more often to prevent batteries from malfunctioning.
