New with tags. I bought this from Mia Belle for my daughter to wear to a swimwear pageant but unfortunately it's too small on her. I did try it on her and she's around 51" height and 53 pounds for size reference and she normally wears a size 8 in street clothes and a size 8 in swimsuits and it's too small on her. I'm going to guess and say it fits like a size 6 or possibly size 6/7. Would be cute to wear as Mickey Mouse swimwear to a Disney pageant also!! From a pet free/smoke free home.
