Please, after order send us your pen colours you wish your text or logo with some instructions. Our designer will prepare free design for your accept before we ship your order for your complete satisfaction.

If you can chose colours via email you can mix colours as you wish f.e by order 50 pens ( 10 blue, 20 pink, 20 black ) all should only have the same personalisation.

If you would like to have separate names on each pen please contact us we give you new price.

If you need black ink, please let us know we can change it for extra costs.

How we work:

1. Place the order, chose quantity, colours

2. Fill personalisation field text, logo, font if you have your one ( send us all via email )

3. Our designer will prepare free of charge some visualisation for your changes or accept.

4. We wait for your final accept

5. After that we start engraving. We need 2-5 working days for that

6. We pack and ship your order. All our shipments are tracking we works with DHL and UPS

7. Shipment will take 2-14 days depending your delivery country.
